Update: While I still appreciate my apartment and my current neighbors, I have been disappointed in the rent increases I have experienced two years in a row. Each year, rent has gone up by about $100. There also seems to be frequent staff turnover in the office. The people I wrote about in my original post are no longer there. They also don’t do as much for community events as I originally wrote about.
I have been pleased with the services and quality of facilities and grounds. The office staff is very friendly and helpful from the initial inquiry to moving in and now as a resident. Rachel was the first staff member I worked with when I was looking into the complex and she has been friendly and helpful throughout the process. Any time I’ve needed help from maintenance, they have been pleasant to work with and give a timely response. The office staff also provide fun community events like food truck nights and a food drive during the holidays. It is relatively quiet, but I can hear a fair amount from my next door and upstairs neighbors. I had to buy a white noise machine to help drown out noise from my upstairs neighbors while I sleep. I wish rent was a little cheaper, but it’s comparable for the area. I was able to get a 2 bedroom for a similar price to 1 bedrooms at other complexes in the area that weren’t even as nice. The location is good and I appreciate that I can get a nice view while living in an apartment.
My husband and I have been living here for going on four years and love it. The maintenance man (I cannot remember his name for the life of me) is a rockstar. Each time I make a service request he is there within a couple hours and is so quick but extremely efficient! Also Kyle in the office is the best. He was so helpful with some noisy neighbors we had been dealing with. The staff really cares about their tenants which is one of the main reasons we have stayed for so long!

I love the location and how quiet it is and the views.
Only downside of living here is the people living next to you I have issues with people living above us and next to us I suggest getting 3rd floor or even a bottom unit stay away from a 2nd floor unless you want people to drive you nuts, people need more respect for others, and other bad side is never enough parking spaces in front of our building
